Reflecting Like A Mirror

Reflecting Like A Mirror

Hi! my name is Francis harvey Alcodia, 14 years old, a Grade 10 student studying at Ilocos Sur National High School and I'm from Balaleng Bantay, Ilocos Sur

I see myself  the kindness and respect I wish to receive from others, treating others how I want to them to treat me. This isn't just a phrase to me—it’s something I try to live by every day. I think the way we treat people says a lot about who we are. That’s why I try to show up with love and kindness, even when it's hard for me to do. I do my best to really listen, to be there when someone needs a hand, and to keep an open, positive mindset—no matter the situation.

this isn't just to say that I am perfect; I also make mistakes, just like anyone else, but when I do, I try to learn from them and strive to do better next time. The mirror analogy is not  about a flawless reflection, but about conscious self-awareness. It's about constantly checking myself to ensure that my actions conform to the values of treatment I regard. I aim to promote good relationships that are based on mutual respect and understanding so that the effect spreads kindness to the world surrounding me. It is a continuous journey but one that I am committed to.
